Currently he is involved in a number of ground breaking court cases regarding whether retirement assets are safe in bankruptcy and correcting multi-billion dollar errors made by financial institutions. Tim is happily married to his wife Brandee, and has 3 children, 3 dogs, 1 cat, and Marvin the fish.
